We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our client's prime contract. In this role, you'll craft innovative and compelling design solutions to address clients' challenges, using strategic research, mood boarding, and concept exploration to ensure campaigns are impactful and effective. With a focus on thoughtful execution and collaboration, you'll help build confidence in every project while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer Include:
- Participates in brainstorming sessions, offering insights and occasionally leading idea-generation efforts.
- Supports the creative process through research, mood boarding, and exploration, bringing concepts to life effectively.
- Produces innovative designs informed by client goals, brand identity, and audience needs, delivering impactful and meaningful user experiences.
- Articulates design concepts and decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Stays updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to projects.
- Takes notes and gathers insights during discovery sessions and presentations to align designs with client expectations.
- Ensures files are organized with correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and storage procedures.
- Manages time effectively during design phases, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Fosters a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting a strong sense of community and culture within the organization.
Requirements for the Graphic Designer Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- A current and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
- At least 4 years of progressively responsible Graphic Design experience, with a background in government contracting required.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Skilled in fostering strong connections with leadership and team members.
- Capable of managing and producing polished, complex work under deadlines with minimal errors.
- Adept at active listening, capturing key points, and summarizing complex information effectively.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD (or Sketch), and Acrobat.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
Compensation for the Graphic Designer Includes:
- Salary: $75,000 - $160,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
