Summary:

TYR, a leading brand in competitive swimwear, sportswear, and athletic performance, is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our marketing initiatives across all channels, including e-commerce, retail, social media, packaging, and more. The ideal candidate will bring a strong skill set in layout, illustration, and retouching to develop visually impactful designs that communicate key messages while adhering to TYR's brand standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cohesive brand image across both print and digital platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling designs, art concepts, and visual elements for core creative campaigns, website assets, and various printed and digital communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Manager to ensure designs align with brand standards while contributing fresh, creative ideas to the team.
  • Design and produce print and digital elements for event activations, social media, digital advertising, in-store signage, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Create and refine graphic logos, icons, and technical features for product launches and campaigns.
  • Assist with additional department needs, including photo retouching, technical illustrations, and ad-hoc marketing design requests.
  • Maintain organized file systems and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Bonus skills: experience with swimming, fitness, or CrossFit, as well as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and HTML5.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, illustration, and branding.
