As a member of the IT Graphics Technology team, manage implementation and support for all graphics information technologies as defined in Graphics Technology Responsibility Guide for the Americas region. Why work at MCC: Compensation: up to $130,000 yearly Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Planning: Develop and implement Graphics technology plans that support the current and future business needs of the organization. Project Management: Directly manage, or supervise management of all graphics technology projects for region. Operations: Ensure graphics systems uptime. Support system configuration and capacity planning, backup and recovery, patches, upgrades, and new release management for assigned region. Travel: Provide periodic onsite support, auditing current processes, implementing established projects and supporting local initiatives as related to graphics technology. Travel expectations include one week per month as approved by direct supervisor, and as required. Application Programming/Integration/Management: Work with business unit and management to ensure applications continue to support the organization's needs. Help establish global best practice and ensure that best practices are followed as defined. Work with both regional and global Graphics Technology teams to provide programming and application integration to specifications that support business requirements. Workflow Automation: Understand various printing processes (litho, flexo, gravure, digital) graphic requirements to help guide development of automated workflow solutions which will minimize operator input, reduce errors and improve throughput. Vendors: Maintain appropriate vendor support relationships. Compliance: Maintain and support IT documentation, policies and procedures in accordance with Corporate IT and in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley. Values: Model the Corporate Values and Principles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphics technology or equivalent work experience. Minimum 7 years experience in graphics. Above average skills in Microsoft Office or the equivalent. Above average skills in Radius, Esko Automation Engine, Esko Webcenter, Esko graphic editors, Adobe Graphic Editors, Javascript (as applicable to required applications) or other competitive platforms Perform college level mathematical calculations. Rational, logical, fact-driven decision making. Read and analyze complex documents. Relate to people at all levels of the organization. Articulate, clear and persuasive in the spoken and written word. Demonstrate a professional image. Travel and move about in offices and plants.
