Whether you're setting up tools or making adjustments on the fly, your attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality products every time.What You'll Do:
- Operate a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment.
- Set up parts and perform tooling changes with precision and care.
- Minimize rework by shrinking products to customer-specified sizes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines every step of the way.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A passion for hands-on work and a willingness to learn.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
- Overtime and holiday work may be required based on business needs.
- Expect to work in a dusty, noisy environment with some extreme heat-but we provide all the safety gear you'll need!
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and operating equipment.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50-75 lbs.
- Regular use of personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection.
