Whether you're setting up tools or making adjustments on the fly, your attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality products every time.What You'll Do:
  • Operate a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment.
  • Set up parts and perform tooling changes with precision and care.
  • Minimize rework by shrinking products to customer-specified sizes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A passion for hands-on work and a willingness to learn.
  • Regular and predictable attendance-because we can't do it without you!
Equipment You'll Be Working With:As a Green Machinist I, you'll get hands-on experience with some of the industry's top equipment, performing both set-up and running operations:EquipmentSet-UpRunCNC MillsXXManual LathesXXSurface GrindersXXCNC GrindersXXDrill PressesXXOther CNC and Manual Machining ToolsXXWorking Environment:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Overtime and holiday work may be required based on business needs.
  • Expect to work in a dusty, noisy environment with some extreme heat-but we provide all the safety gear you'll need!
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, and operating equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50-75 lbs.
  • Regular use of personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection.
