Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and garden center it has over one hundred years in the community- specializing in homegrown and locally grown produce, ornamental and vegetable plants and seasonal decorations. More recently, several new departments were added as part of a large renovation. These include a locally sourced grocery department, butcher shop, seasonal ice cream stand and a still growing food service component including a deli, bakery, coffee shop, and two kitchens preparing food for retail sales; soups, salads, and sandwiches; catering for businesses and family events; pastries and desserts. We are looking for a Greenhouse/Farmstand Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! Duties include:

• Ringing cash register
• Trains new employees on the register system and protocols.
• Assists customers with plants, pottery, grocery items, produce and any questions they may have

WORK ENVIRONMENT The Greenhouse/Farmstand Customer Service Associate operates in an active retail store environment. This job may be either indoors or outdoors or both. This is a year round position. The Greenhouse/Farmstand Customer Service Associate will be offered benefits, if full time, including 401K, profit sharing, competitive wages, paid time off, and employee discounts. Requirements
