Job Summary: The candidate will provide a friendly face and direct customers to the appropriate Sales Associate, acting as a Dealership Concierge. He/she is the customer's first contact with the dealership and therefore, must represent the dealership in a friendly, professional manner. Job Responsibilities: Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer. Answers incoming phone calls at times Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assists with clerical duties as requested Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Automotive Dealership experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction Basic Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills
