The Greeter is responsible for welcoming and greeting all patients and visitors upon entrance. Maintains a friendly and positive attitude. Must comply with all policies and procedures including adhering to wearing the proper PPE required for the work area. Willing to learn about the facility and each department to assist with inquiries and directions. Monitors schedules to redirect any patients or visitors in the incorrect location.Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Greets all visitors.
- Prints/reviews all department schedules to assist patients.
- Remains knowledgeable of Woman's patient experience expectations.
- Monitors patient/visitor needs and directs accordingly based on schedules.
- Works with Patient Access Representatives to ensure understanding of each department schedule.
- Any other duties as assigned by Woman's Hospital.
