Job Details
. Brunch, lunch, dinner & events menu. Somebody with good energy, creative, and wants to grow with us.· Oversee kitchen, kitchen prep, procedures, portioning, and execution· Ensure accuracy of all food specs and standards· Maintain fast and accurate service while ensuring products are consistent with restaurant standards· Comply with local DOH health and safety codes, and ensure company safety and security policies· Must maintain an A health inspection rating at all times· Conduct devoted developments with the entire kitchen team and front of the house· Maintain a safe and clean environment for your team at all times· Work closely with managers to achieve store level goals, open lines of communication with all levels of staff, and a positive work environment
