We are seeking experienced line cooks with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our highly successful and growing restaurant company! - Ability to understand and follow direction from superiors.
- Ability to read recipes, memorize and replicate food production procedures.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in grilling techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing a variety of meats and seafood on a grill to desired level of doneness.
