POSITION SUMMARY:
The Grinding Booth Operator is responsible for products received from demolding and responsible for providing the Assembly Joining team high quality and low-cost decks, hulls, and small parts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Shear cuts and drills hulls for customer component installations.
* Cuts consoles and ensures all box openings are ground to customer specifications. Hulls must be shear cut and have the appropriate plumbing outlets drilled.
* Grounds hulls to customer specifications. Hulls must be free of burrs and cleaned before moving part to next area.
* Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free
* Helps push mold into booth
* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
* Ability to work as a Team
* Ability for rapid mental and muscular Depth perception
* Coordination simultaneously
