Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in varied temperatures. Allergy-Friendly: Able to handle a range of fresh ingredients. Climbing Confidence: Comfortable using step-stools and ladders. Clear Communication: Effective at conveying instructions and collaborating with the team.
