Job DescriptionImplement Merchandising and Operations initiatives during reset, remodel and Space Optimization Refresh projects. Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Responsibilities- Adhere to all local, state, federal laws, safety and food safety regulations, and company guidelines- Review sell-by dates and take appropriate action- Label, stock and inventory department merchandise during center store remerchandising- Execute CAO and Key Retailing programs and maintain sales floor and backroom 5s standards- Operate equipment forklift and power jacks safely and efficiently- Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management- Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair - Travel to stores within the company and stay overnight as needed- Maintain flexibility to work a schedule Monday through Friday with start times between 9pm and midnight, working 8 hours, with occasional overtime- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationQualifications
Minimum - 18 years of age or older- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds throughout shift- Basic computer skills- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)- Ability to work with minimal supervision
