Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Public Health, Community Development, or a related discipline
- Additional certifications or training in food safety and handling may be beneficial
- 3 - 5 years' experience in program management, preferably in a community service or food market setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with scheduling and managing both part-time and full-time staff
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
