Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Myrtle Beach, SC to find a seasonal Groundskeeping Assistant to join the team! This candidate will oversee a team of part-time staff to prepare for upcoming games and events. Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!
Responsibilities for this job include:
+ Daily planning and maintenance of field operations and events
+ Clay repairs, including the infield skin, mounds, home plate, and warning track
+ Cultural practices such as mowing, aeration, topdressing, verticutting, and fertilization
+ Basic operation and maintenance of equipment
+ Handling tarps and managing inclement weather situations
+ Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for this job include:
+ Preferred education and experience in sports turf management
+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
+ Effective communication skills across diverse levels and backgrounds
+ A team-oriented individual who thrives in high-pressure situations
+ Ability to lift and push/pull over 50 lbs, and work flexible hours
Pay for this position will start at $15.00/hr. and will require flexibility with your availability.

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
