Our maintenance crews are comprised of Landscapers, Painters, Plumbers, General Maintenance, HVAC and Electrical Technicians.
Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates Inc is currently seeking A full-time landscaper / grounds maintenance technician. This position is responsible for maintaining landscaped and grass areas at designated Rest Areas. Conducting work to ensure safety of themselves and traveling public. We will provide training for the right individual. The position will support locations in the Tampa FL area. Jobsite transportation will be provided.
Experience and skills required:- Operate ride-on-mower
- gas powered weed wacker
- Back-Pac blower
- requires minimum one-year related experience (mowing, weed eating, litter removal, and irrigation repair)
- Ability to work outdoors
- Independent work ability
- Self-starter
SCHEDULE: full-time, day shift Monday through Friday, overtime as required and occasional weekends.
Starting Wage: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on experience
