Community Operating Solutions, a Division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a full-time and a part-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs groundskeeping and routine maintenance needed to maintain the mobile home community.In addition to the compensation package, we offer the following benefits:Participation in the 401-(k) savings plan.Company paid holidays.Paid time off.The full-time position also offers medical, dental, vision and group life.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms regular groundskeeping and lawn care services.Inspects and completes routine maintenance and minor repairs to facilities.Cleans and maintains community buildings and vacant sites.RequirementsPrevious grounds and maintenance experience.Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.Valid driver's license and good driving record.General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment.Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to provide legible written reports.Prior snow removal experience.Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours.Excellent customer service skills.Community Operating Solutions is a drug-free, equal opportunity employer.
