: Job Details :

Performs all phases of snow and ice removal (shoveling, sanding, salting, chopping, plowing, etc.) Operates mechanical equipment (e.g. sweeper, snowblowers, snow brushes, lawnmower, steam pressure washer, leaf vacuums/blowers, truck, van, vacuums, etc.) safely & according to procedure Performs preventive maintenance on all grounds equipment such as oil changes, tune ups, etc. and recommends major repairs as needed Maintains all horticultural material (trees, shrubs, lawns, hedges, flowers, plants, etc.) by pruning, mowing, etc. Performs routine periodic checks of all street drains & exterior stairwells Collects waste from exterior waste containers & transports it for disposal Polices ground areas, entrances, plazas, sidewalks and the playground for litter throughout the shift Performs seasonal decorating and sets up special functions Performs other similar or related duties that may be assigned or as necessary Qualifications Ability to speak and understand English. 6-12 months of relat...Groundskeeper, Equipment Maintenance, Weekend, Mechanical, Operations, Retail, Healthcare
