Job Title: Groundskeeper **Must meet disability qualifications set by Ability One/Source AmericaLocation: Bureau of Engraving and Printing - 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TexasSalary: $18.79 per HourWork Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M., Days vary; 2 Days off per week.General Job Duties: Follows established methods in performing grounds maintenance in a safe manner. Requests and collects necessary equipment and transports to work areas. Cleans equipment and returns to designated area after use. Adheres to Goodwill and departmental policies and procedures. Reports any work or area not completed by shift's end to immediate supervisor. Performs periodic or situational duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Reports broken, damaged, inoperative equipment, lights, and/or any customer property to immediate supervisor. Special Requirements: Experience in ground maintenance a must. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Preference for performing routine and repetitive duties. Physical Requirements: Stands, stoops, walks, and lifts throughout the working day. Requires operation of mechanical equipment such as a weed eater or a mower. Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Perform a variety of duties to include mowing of grass, trimming, and pruning. In all weather conditions.Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements. Ability to pass a federal background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
