: Job Details :

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). Performs routine cleaning and/or groundskeeping on assigned campus, as needed. Performs routine building cleaning tasks and assists in minor maintenance duties. Work involves some strenuous manual labor and the operation of heavy landscaping and cleaning equipment. The work involves the thorough execution of tasks, which follow a well-established routine under general supervision. Essential Functions: Performs a variety of routine building cleaning tasks including but limited to: Sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and stairwells. Cleaning window glass inside and out, including windowsills. Vacuuming carpets Spot cleaning carpets using proper chemicals and equipment. Operating buffer, auto scrubber, floor maintainer, extractor, etc., as needed Strips and waxes floors. Cleans restrooms and locker room and replenishes supplies. Dusts and cleans furniture.
