GREAT OPPORTUNITY!Responsibilities include, but are not limited : •Clean clubhouse(s), clean gatehouse, arrange pool furniture, pick up debris, some landscaping (Install plants, flowers, mulch.•Minor painting. •Use of Golf Cart/ Gator required, use of leaf blowers, use of hand tools.•Violation inspections and providing violation notices.Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmPay Scale: Up to $18.50 DOE

- Able to lift up to 50lbs
