The successful candidate will be expected to keep all lawns, trees and bushes in their proper place and to ensure that all spaces are well maintained. This position requires a high level of organization and communication skills, as well as teamwork and the ability to perform physical tasks. Responsibilities: Mowing, string-trimming, edging, tree removal/trimming, leafblowing, mulch install/removal, plant install/removal, snow removal, leaf removal, pesticide application, irrigation, maintaining equipment regularly. Maintain the appearance of the grounds to keep patrons and guests satisfied. Maintain the external appearance of the residential areas. Ensure that all areas are ready for events. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Maintain grounds in bad weather conditions. Have knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to groundskeeping.
