Groundskeeper $17.75/hour Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm A well established salvage yard in Spencer, IA is searching for a a Groundskeeper to join their team! Must be self-motivated, responsible and willing to work safe and smart! Responsibilities: Upkeep of ground in outdoor areas, including grass, trees, and shrubs. Clear walkways and parking lots of debris, snow, leaves, ext. with the use of skid loaders, forklifts, and general equipment. General maintenance or minor repair of structures, fences, etc. Requirements: Be reliable and take pride in their work. Have attention to detail Have the ability to work independently or with a team Ability to lift 60 lbs.
