GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH IN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE AT A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY IN THE WESTERN BRANCH AREA OF CHESASPEAKE!PURPOSE OF POSITION: To maintain the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times, and perform related functions, as required. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Abides by Fair Housing Laws; removal and disposal of all trash from the grounds, parking lots, hallways, laundries, apartments, and rental office; repair fences; work to enhance the appearance of all common areas; clean pool and playgrounds, weed lawns and flower beds, place mulch, prune trees, etc. Routinely inspect all ground spaces including but not limited to natural terrain which may post a trip hazard by a visible hole, divot or any other means. OCCASIONAL FUNCTIONS: May mow and trim the lawns, perform minor repairs requiring the use of hand tools, clean roofs and gutters, paint signage, and assist other property employees, as needed.
