Job DescriptionCalling all Groundskeepers! If you have an eye for detail, enjoy the outdoors and light maintenance then this position is for you. We are seeking a groundskeeper who takes pride in providing residents with a beautiful community grounds. You will be responsible to identify and resolve maintenance issues in and around the building, inspect and clean assigned areas regularly. Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up all debris around buildings and through breezeways, pressure washing exterior building, trash collections, as well as light janitorial in club house, and facility repairs.
