Job Description:

Exterior Grounds and Maintenance

* Maintain campus grounds by mowing, trimming, planting of flowers, trees and shrubs

* Watering grounds, removal of trees

* Weeding and Maintaining appropriate equipment for the named duties

Provide Assistance with Snow and Ice Removal

* Provide snow shoveling of steps, doorways and sidewalks; apply deicer when needed

Other Support Services in Facilities

* When Necessary, assist other facilities employees with furniture moves, items to storage units, motor pool needs, recycling and other tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in using yard tools, lawn equipment and heavy equipment and general maintenance, thereof
