What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Group Account Director or Senior Account Director to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic alignment across all disciplines. The Group Account Director will work with teams across strategy, user experience, creative, development, and project management to ensure all efforts are aligned with the client's business objectives. What you'll do:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, advocating for their business goals and ensuring alignment with the agency's internal teams.
  • Lead cross-discipline collaboration between strategy, user experience, creative, development, and project management to ensure all parties are working towards the same strategic objectives.
  • Act as the internal team lead, directing efforts and ensuring all teams remain focused on the client's business strategy, goals, and KPIs.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, driving strategic conversations and resolving any misalignment.
  • Support the creation of web development projects by collaborating with development teams to guide the creation of templates, components, and digital experiences within CMS platforms like Sitecore.
  • Facilitate the prioritization of competing initiatives and deliverables to ensure timely and strategic execution.
  • Oversee and coordinate the integration of third-party systems such as Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, PIM, and DAM into the web development process, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
  • Regularly present project updates and strategic insights to senior clients, making complex technical discussions accessible and aligned with their business needs.
  • Work in an Agile environment (SAFe), supporting the team's sprint cycles and development iterations.
What you'll need:
  • 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency with a focus on web development, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-discipline teams, including strategy, user experience, creative, development, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, particularly Sitecore, and how to guide digital solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Experience building or overseeing the development of templates and components within a CMS environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile, and how to drive strategic collaboration within sprint cycles.
  • Experience managing or integrating third-party platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, PIM, or DAM.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as an advocate for both the client and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and align with client goals.
  • Automotive industry client experience is preferred but not required.
