The Group Director of Affiliate Marketing will lead the strategic vision and execution of our affiliate marketing initiatives, define best practices, build brand visibility and oversee the North America team. This role will pinpoint key growth opportunities, including cross-selling and new business initiatives, to position the company as a leader in affiliate marketing and driving substantial revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of affiliate strategies, market trends, and digital marketing best practices. The Group Director will define and drive the channel strategy to align with media platforms and overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across disciplines.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee strategic direction of the North American affiliate group; working closely with Global VP on key accounts to drive optimized affiliate marketing strategy and execution
* Identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to expand affiliate offerings, deepen relationships with clients and industry partners, and uncover key growth opportunities, including cross-selling and new business initiatives.
* Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns and staff.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to integrate affiliate efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
* Drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on various affiliate network/platform solutions for Assembly affiliate clients
* Engagement with clients to focus on affiliate marketing program development, execution and strategy across the Assembly offerings
* Lead MBR, QBR and Planning discussions and presentations with clients
* Define a positive team culture and maintain high morale by promoting open communication, recognizing achievements, and encouraging collaboration and professional development.
* Oversee the growth and performance of Associate Directors and Directors by implementing Assembly Affiliate processes and guidelines to ensure they meet and exceed expectations
