Crunch Fitness is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Group Fitness Coordinator with leadership and team building experience to enhance our team!
Certification Requirements:
Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred)
Current CPR Certification
Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fun, safe and effective fitness classes
Maintain certification and/or educational requirements
Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats
Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
Recruit, hire and train top notch instructors for a dynamic and diverse group fitness program
Coordinate and promote quarterly schedules with fresh class offerings each quarter
Regularly and consistently evaluate instructors and classes
Regular inspection and evaluation of class equipment and equipment functionality for member safety and class effectiveness
Review and submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis
Promote or cross-promote club special events and new class offerings
Maintain professional disposition at all times

Experience teaching fitness classes for clients of all fitness levels

Strong organizational skills
