As a Group Fitness Instructor at W3Body, you will provide group fitness instruction for ages 13 and up through a variety of fun classes that promote fitness and positive self-esteem in an all-womens gym.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver a fun, safe, motivating and high-energy fitness class to members according to your specialty certification (such as Zumba) or according to W3 formats and specifications.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with class participants.
* Clean and organize group fitness space after each class.
* Promote current W3 promotions, programs, products, and services to class participants.
* Motivate members to continue to attend Group Fitness classes.
* Meet daily class attendance goals consistently.
**Qualifications**
* Athletic background
* CPR/AED certification
* Nationally recognized Group Exercise Certification within 90 days of employment
* Group Fitness Instruction experience a plus
