We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect. *Responsibilities** Greets each user who enters the group fitness area with an enthusiastic attitude and ensures they get to know the individual by name* Presents a well planned, energetic, entertaining, effective and safe group fitness experience whenever they participate in a class* Monitors user exercise response and makes adjustments as necessary* Provides support by properly maintaining the group fitness area to ensure functionality and safety* Promotes the facility's services and offerings to class participants* Attends all regularly scheduled staff meetings and participates in required training *Qualifications*Job Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent* Teaching experience should include classes similar to those to be instructed* Current certification as a group fitness instructor or leader from a national fitness organization required within 90 days of employment* CPR and AED certificationPreferred Job Requirements: * 6 months of experience or 200 hours as a group fitness instructor[]( []( []( [](With 30 hospitals and hundreds of clinics, Ardent Health Services is a premier provider of health care services, delivered with compassion for patients and their families and with respect for employees, physicians and other health professionals.
