We help the individuals we support become the fullest versions of themselves through the values of inclusion, independence, and freedom of choice.A Day in the Life of the House Manager:As a house manager you overseeing adult aged residents at your particular group home, making sure they are properly cared for, safe and happy. You will also be directly training and supervising all house staff to make sure they are staying up to date with the needs of the residents & their own required trainings.As a house manager you will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Services, nurse consultants, DDS case managers, behavior consultants and others to aid in implementing the individual plans of the residents. You will work with families, parents & guardians to ensure they know their family member at our group home is living a happy, rewarding and meaningful life. Qualifications for the Job:
- Bachelor's degree in related field & one year of experience OR A combination of education and experience which in the judgement of the hiring body, meets the qualification standards ensuring satisfactory job performance
- Supervising experience
- Active Driver's License
- Supervising experience
- Previous experience working in a group home setting with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Strong multitasker
