Job Description:

The Group Home Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the daily operations of a home as well as supervision and training of employees.

Ongoing Training: First Aid, CPR, Safety Care, Medication Administration, Human Rights Training and person-centered supports. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be legal to work in the US.

As a Site Supervisor in our Residential Program, you will be responsible for:

* Leadership and supervision of direct support professionals using strengths and ideas of others to improve quality of service

* Assisting the amazing people, we support with their daily living skills, routines, personal care, and activities as well as maintaining a safe and healthy home environment

* Ensuring policies and procedures are implemented correctly and the consumers served live valued and high-quality lives

* Participating in agency activities, serving on committees, and communicating the agencys values and principles to others

* Providing program specific training to new and existing employees

* Ensuring compliance with participation in agency required trainings including Safety Care, CPR, and Medication Administration

* Tracking and oversight of resident transportation, money/medication management and activities in the house and community

Education/Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1+ years of experience in providing direct support to recipients of human services

* Excellent leadership skills

* Computer & phone skills

* Must have flexibility during the week and on weekends

* Valid drivers license, safe driving record, and current automobile insurance

* Access to a personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
