With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job Description* Verify quantity and quality of all job materials before assigning into production* Assist Supervisor and Production Operators to achieve customer's desired results.* Display independent problem solving and work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision* Ensure quality output prior to customer receipt* Maintain a professional, customer oriented environment and high customer satisfaction* Assist supervisor, customer and production operator in the completion of all requirements* Set up, monitor, and quality check all production jobs to ensure all due out dates are met* With team members, schedule, prioritize and optimize workload to meet customer due outs* When needed, fill in appropriately for the supervisor* Assist in the training and development of other team memberQualifications* This Position requires:* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).* Technical skills required to operate PC's (hardware & software) required to meet job specifications and customer due outs* Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workload* Must have the ability to effectively utilize time, material and equipment expected to meet production objectives and SLAs* Describe to what extent the position requires a knowledge of company policies, procedures, organization and industry practices.The person in this position must understand, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures.* Describe the nature, extent and purpose of contacts with internal and external customers necessary to carry out the responsibility of this position. Communications skills should be described, both oral and written.The person in this position must effectively perform oral and written communications to convey precise information to management, customers, and peers. They must be able to understand job requirements, listening carefully and attentively. Encourages and accepts others points of view.Additional InformationDisclosure Statement:The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.00 - $26.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
