One Family.Purpose StatementThe Group Leader Relief will be responsible for defining, clarifying and enhancing the ability to follow the procedures for mixing dough, die cut process, baking operation and all the supporting stations, to manufacture the product in compliance with Quality Standards and RPC Policies.In addition, providing the Customer with the best product, value and service as possible and to promote a safe and clean environment, that promotes Quality, Productivity, and a Healthy RPC – Employee relation.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesTo produce a wholesome product, that is free from any possible contamination, in compliance with RPC Quality Standards and Specifications.Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to RPC policies.Attend and complete any RPC sponsored training.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceHigh School graduate or equivalent (GED)Food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 years)Strong math skillsSpeak, read, and write English (Spanish is a Plus)Basic computer skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to operate machinery and equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to document and measure resultsTeamwork building skillsKnowledge of Good Manufacturing PracticesAbility to follow proceduresRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich's”), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
