This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sourcing professionals in the Enterprise Division, focused on Professional Services & Retail clients. They will work directly with Sourcing & Procurement teams and leaders, Account Directors, Clients and Divisional leaders to manage expectations and team deliverables.Strategic LeadershipProvide impactful leadership in a collaborative environment.Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success. Ensure all accounts meet KPIs and Goals set forth by Sourcing & Procurement and Client.Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement.Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to Clients. Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities.Bring strategic thought leadership to the team, as it relates to Sourcing and People Manager activities.Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio of managed accountsPartner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the ClientAccount Oversight and People ManagementOversight of Annual Sourcing Plan development and implementationEnsure sourcing technology tools are leveraged where applicable.Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.Review and analyze data to make effective business decisionsPartner your teams with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
