As a Group Strategy Director, you'll be a key leader in the agency. Your primary responsibility will be managing the growth and output of the agency's strategy team. You will share your expertise to help them uncover cultural insights that lead to provocative creative opportunities and make brands feel distinctive and relevant to consumers. You'll oversee the creation of strategic briefs and presentations that help clients see the great potential of creativity and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of our client's business.WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work with the CSO and agency leadership to ensure that Chemistry and its clients live into the mission to blow up boring.

Lead a team of strategists helping them build best-in-class strategic products that elevate the agency's creative output.

Manage ongoing strategic work across the portfolio of Chemistry brands ensuring our clients are setting and achieving the right strategic objectives.

Lead key client relationships, becoming a trusted resource relied upon to shape a proactive, strategic future for their business, while softening the ground for bold strategic & creative work.

Bring your experience to bear in mentoring strategists and assist in leading the department.

Collaborate with Chemistry's sister agencies React and MRL on clients and projects as needed, leading and managing cross-functional teams.WHAT YOU'LL BRING

10-12 years of strategic experience, mostly or recently in brand strategy.

Leadership experience mentoring other strategists and social strategists.

A curious and driven approach to understanding people and their behavior, culture's role in shaping brands, and good creative taste.

A working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodology, partners, and tools.

A strong POV on what drives successful brands.

A rigorous approach to building (and helping others build) simple, provocative briefs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
