We are seeking Grout Laborers who reside in the mid-Atlantic region (NC, SC, VA, DC, MD, PA, DE, WV, NJ or NY), who are responsible for mixing grout. Someone who wants to grow with us and earn a good living would be a prime candidate. The grout laborer is used to support the installation of grouted impact piers and structural support systems. Career growth includes the opportunity to learn more complex pieces of equipment or become a Foreman for us. Our crews travel within the mid-Atlantic region. Each crew has 1-2 skid steer operators, a concrete pump or excavator and/or hydraulic rig that pushes piers deep into the ground. You travel in your own car to the jobsite, staying in a single hotel room, two weeks at a time, with a weekend at home every other weekend (arriving home Friday for dinner and returning Sunday night or Monday morning for a 6:30 a.m. start). For some, this is exciting and a great way to earn and save money. For others, obligations at home prevent this kind of travel. The work is consistent all year so if you're looking for steady work, you get that with us.
