Grow Staff - 3rd ShiftDepartment: Cultivation Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Anna, IL Reporting To: Grow Staff Manager DescriptionPosition Overview: This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants' overall needs during the hours of 10pm - 6:30am Monday thru Friday. Key Responsibilities • Pruning and removal of unwanted material. • Assist with topping and cloning. • Inspection for pests and other threats. • Monitor and maintain all areas of plants' water and nutrient needs. • Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (ec) levels. • Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled. • Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws. Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum Qualifications and Experience: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). • Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation center agent identification card. • Education/experience in commercial plant production (preferred).
