Grow Staff - 3rd ShiftDepartment: CultivationEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Anna, ILReporting To: Grow Staff ManagerDescriptionPosition Overview:This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants' overall needs during the hours of 10pm - 6:30am Monday thru Friday.Key Responsibilities• Pruning and removal of unwanted material.• Assist with topping and cloning. • Inspection for pests and other threats.• Monitor and maintain all areas of plants' water and nutrient needs. • Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (ec) levels. • Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled. • Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws. Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum Qualifications and Experience: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).• Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation center agent identification card. • Education/experience in commercial plant production (preferred).
