David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Growth Analyst (Retention) will lead our retention efforts, leveraging data to identify opportunities to improve user engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. This person will execute data-driven strategies and measure their impact.
Customer Segmentation:
- Analyze customer behavior data to segment customers based on purchase history, demographics, and preferences.
- Develop targeted retention strategies for different customer segments.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key retention metrics, such as customer lifetime value (CLTV) and repurchase rate, and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify factors influencing customer retention and churn.
- Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior over time.
- Use data analysis tools to uncover insights and trends in customer behavior.
CRM Marketing:
- Design and execute customer contact campaigns, including email, SMS, and other channels, to engage and retain customers.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Customer Loyalty Programs:
- Assist in the development and implementation of loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and increase customer engagement.
- Analyze loyalty program data to identify opportunities for improvement for promotional offers.

Practicalities:
- This is a full-time role.
- Salary: $90-110k per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets
