Qualifications you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related area
  • Certifications related to health insurance, regulatory compliance, SQL, or Dynamics can also be beneficial
  • Sales Support: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.
  • The availability to work full-time and hybrid to our office in Schenectady, NY
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and report findings.
  • Experience with SQL: Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries to manage and manipulate data.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software for data extraction and analysis.
  • Background in Health Insurance: Understanding of the health insurance industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the laws and regulations pertaining to Commercial Group Health Insurance.
  • Project Management Experience: Skills to manage projects related to regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and present reports on a quarterly basis, detailing compliance, and other key metrics.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Completing regulatory notification for Commercial Group Health Insurance
  • Writing and executing SQL and/or Python queries and working in Dynamics for reporting
  • Analyzing and reporting on data
  • Project management for regulatory compliance
  • Review of compliance for Commercial Group Health Insurance coverage
