Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth Manager who will join our DTC website team which is responsible for the www.petlibro.com store. This is a dynamic position that will focus on business expansion & revenue growth that requires a unique yet efficient business perspective and a high level of understanding of user behavior. This is a role that connects data, marketing, product to create realistic business action items, then follow through with the execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying the key KPI metrics & defining the growth strategies to align with the company business goals for www.petlibro.com
  • Analyzing data from Shopify, Google Analytics, paid ads platform, and internal data platform to find patterns, trends, insights to create business hypothesis, then making the connection with different functions of the team to create action items
  • Creating and managing growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort
  • Project managing cross functional projects that promote growth, coordinating with operations, paid ads, marketing, and product teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of growth strategies to stakeholders & senior leadership and adjusting plans as necessary
  • Staying updated with the latest growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry trends
  • Working with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless user experience. Leveraging customer feedback & analytics to fine tune growth strategies & product offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in DTC, preferably IoT or consumer electronics
  • Born skeptic of data. Can identify hard-to-recognize patterns & trends
  • Basic understanding of data operation, such as data cleaning, SQL, etc.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams & international teams
  • High level of understanding of consumer behavior & psychology
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Strong analytical skill and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Work exp at startups is a plus
  • Mandarin bilingual is a plus
