Role:
We are looking for a new team member with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Paid Media/Acquisition Marketing/Growth Marketing. This team member will be responsible for executing the customer acquisition strategies, as well as optimizations across paid media channels.
This candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Facebook Ads manager and running TikTok ads, optimizing towards CPA and/or ROAS targets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in data-driven marketing, performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing & executing Facebook campaigns (TikTok is a plus)
- General Knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of basic performance marketing optimizations
- Working knowledge of digital conversion rates and optimization methods such as A/B and multivariate testing
- Experience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site analytics & user behavior
- Comfortable with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formula Creation)
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Client facing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop & update daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each client
- Launch, manage & optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. (Google & Bing are a plus)
- Launch A/B & multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, optimization strategies, etc.
- Partner with the Sr. team to own the end-to-end development of strategy & execution
- Provide the Sr. team with your strategy & recommendations
