We are seeking experienced growth minded Team Members for our N. Bethesda and NOVA offices. Between base salary and commissions, this position has great earning potential and room for personal growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ignite growth by actively recruiting both new and experienced agents to join the thriving Redwood team.
• Empower our agents to succeed! Guide them in leveraging our cutting-edge tools and resources to unlock new opportunities and elevate their business.
• Master the essential skills, programs, and tools to stay ahead of industry trends and lead with excellence.
• Be the trusted, go-to leader for agents in your office and ensure smooth communication and unwavering support.
• Inspire agents to create and achieve their business goals by helping them craft strategic, actionable business plans.
• Be a voice of excitement! Promote company events, training opportunities, and announcements through dynamic weekly emails and engaging social media posts.
• Champion our vibrant company culturebe a source of positivity, dynamism, and unwavering support for the team.
• Welcome every visitor and agent with warmth and professionalism, making the office a place of excitement and opportunity.
• Keep the office lively and welcoming by maintaining organization, lighting, and a positive atmosphere every day.
• Embrace new challenges as they come, with additional duties and responsibilities assigned by our Office Leaders.

Qualifications:

Licensed real estate agent in one or more of the following: DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware,

Pennsylvania
