In addition to providing physical security, this role will work in accordance with Deployed Services LLC's G.E.T. principles. Essential Functions:
- Greet, engage, and thank individuals for their business or patronizing the location
- Welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner, inviting them into the location
- Facilitate various guest services, including transportation and area attraction inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues, concerns, or complaints and relay pertinent information to management
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
- Perform stationary post assignments and open and close doors for clients
- Proactively scanning post-assignment areas to ensure that the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) is being followed
- Engage and be proactive in matters related to all post-orders
- Proactively conduct inspections to identify potential threats stemming from criminal activity or life safety issues
- Develop a rapport with customers by examining what is important to them and addressing their concerns
- Remain current with the latest information and news related to crime trends and terrorist threats at the site's locations, such as shops, restaurants, attractions, etc.
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may cause safety concerns or safety hazards
- Work with local law enforcement when necessary
- Sound alarms or call the police or fire department in case of fire or the presence of unauthorized person(s)
- Identify and warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items
- Permit authorized people to enter the property and monitor entrances and exits
- Prevent individuals from theft of company property
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, and maintain written logs as required by the post
- Ensure that the job site and all areas are kept clean and professional-looking
- Assist with basic first aid and make emergency notifications as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible for an Unarmed Security Guard License
- Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- May be required to utilize handheld wands or walk-through magnetometers
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Must pass a motor vehicle record check and employer and government (eQip or eApp) background checks after accepting a conditional offer of employment
