Process orders, complete payment transactions, answer menu questions, suggest add-ons, answer the phone, handle third-party orders (Uber Eats, Door Dash and Grubhub) and Carry-Out/To-Go Orders. Along with taking care of the Buffet, Salad Bar and Pasta Bar. Thank Guests for visiting. Guest Greeter also keeps the front counter area clean, stocked and organized. Be on your feet for extended periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Will also assist with other positions and/or areas of the restaurant as needed/requested by Manager Guest Greeter also helps in the Dining Room to assist in maintaining a clean and orderly dining room for our Guests. •Must be 14 years of age •An outgoing and have a positive attitude •Able to work under pressure, at a fast pace & multi-task •Have a reliable way to get to work on time •Must have excellent communication & guest service skills •May be required to lift and carry, push and pull heavy objects up to 30 lbs. Kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs, reach and grasp objects.
