When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ohana truly means. Responsibilities You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will be responsible for taking care of our Guests and making their stay a comfortable one. You will be responsible for timely interaction with the guests. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of work experience as Guest Relations Associate/Attendant - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
