Position Summary: Serves as a liaison between patients, families and the Hospital. Assists patients and families with questions, concerns and Hospital issues.
- Assists patients and families in resolving concerns by working with co-workers and the Medical Staff.
- Represents the needs of patients and families to the Hospital. Communicates policies and procedures to the patients and families.
- Serves as a representative for the Hospital during interactions with patients and families.
Qualifications/Requirements Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field Experience 1-3 years Demonstrated ability to make good decisions
