The Guest Service Desk Agent will greet guests upon arrival/departure with a warm salutation; will conduct timely, efficient and customer service oriented check-ins and check-outs to the resort while providing guidance with resort programming, package inclusions, restaurants and local area attractions along with booking all resort activities. Assures appropriate room reservations and billing adjustments when needed. The Guest Service Desk Agent will respond positively to guest questions and concerns at the desk or by phone. Problem solving and active listening skills are essential. Performs other duties when assigned. Applicants should have enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Must be fluent with computer technology, self motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a demanding environment. Prior customer service or resort experience is preferred. Available positions include evening shifts and weekends.
