DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greet all patients in a welcoming manner
- Patient screening
- Wheelchair and sanitation assistance
- Communicate with guests effectively and offer Way-finding
- Identify additional customer service opportunities
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
- Perform other related duties required to maintain a compassionate and safe environment for all patients, guests, and medical personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive and friendly attitude
- COVID-19 VACCINATION
- Clean-cut appearance
- Fluent in English and well spoken
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Minimum 2yrs customer service experience
